WORK IN PROGRESS : these tracks are fragments from a longer piece i'm working on since we moved in the new house, end of 2023

as i unpacked gear that had been sleeping in the dust and humidity for the duration of the works on the house, during 2 years, i started to record again with very little means : my first mixer ( a Phonic one with some noisy gain ), several microphones that i received from an neighbour - he saw i had a lot of 2nd hand stuff lying around, so he tought i might be interested ; i was - and one contact mike ( for violin ) that i sticked to a window.

'rust roest' is a dutch expression from my 's-Hertogenbosch year

play at soft volume, it should be much quieter than your distant neighbour's lawnmower.
